White Musicman Pickup covers.

I've been looking for a white pickup cover for my short scale Musicman without any luck. I could buy a replacement pick up with a white cover for £20 but I already have enough unused parts in my parts box.

 

After trying everywhere else I finally tried Strings'n'things - the UK importers for Musicman - expecting to be told "no, go away". However I got a prompt response saying "Yes, give us your address and we'll order one for you". AMAZING!!!

So the cover will cost you £10.60 and a pick-up with cover is £20... might be just me but I'm thinking buy the latter and stick you black cover on it and flog the pup with black cover for £15-£20.

I thought about that but I would probably end up keeping the cheap Ray pup.

Also how much do you think I could get for a second hand £20 pickup?
