yorks5stringer Posted May 3, 2009 Share Posted May 3, 2009 Could someone clarify that the hot pickup wire colours on my SD active JB pickups are white and not red please?( I have red, white and bare) This seems to show them as white [url="http://www.seymourduncan.com/support...tive_jazz_bass"]http://www.seymourduncan.com/support...tive_jazz_bass[/url] as does this:http://www.seymourduncan.com/support...c=2b_t_circuit ( in that you join the red wires just above the battery and hot goes to blend control) I'm also a little confused re the ground (bare) wire: should it be connected as the pickup schematic or as the tone circuit schematic as I have the tone circuit set-up?( or is it essentially the same thing with the bare ground being linked to all pots on the casing?
