I have had amps I liked but could not use due to fan issues. Should be possible, given the spec ( 4 cables = PWM, 3 cables = DC control). There are plenty of 'silent' / low noise PC fans about in a range of sizes at a range of prices, sane to exotic.

I had one of the loud ones which was very intrusive for practice in an apartment - full tilt right when powered up. Maybe a controller issue? For reference, the TecAmp Puma is much quieter in the same setting. Early Tecamp Pumas didn't have fans, later ones did but they're very quiet.
