Jamman stereo loading pre-recorded backing / intro tape problems

Hi.

I've just spent an hour trying to find info that I've read on here before about loading tracks onto this pedal.

 

Every time I try to add a file, it tells me that there is insufficient space to add any file to either the internal or external memory of the pedal.

The files are in WAV format, but i seem to be going around in circles!

 

Please - can anyone help?

On the jamman pedal I had it was next to impossible to add stuff, so I just copied the folder structure and xml file and put my wav file in it, worked fine!
