What do you guys think of this?

I had a play on this EUB at the local jam night, never played anything like this before and loved the sound and the feel.
Anyway, the reason for posting is that the guy pictured holding the bass is the luthier who built it (he also kindly let me strut my stuff on it).

He offered to build one for me for around £600 and I was wondering if this is a good price (I think it is) and I'm very tempted, even though I'd probably never play it in the (rock) band I'm in.
The bass has two P type pups and 3 embedded piezos. Sorry about the grainy pics, only had my mobile with me.

Not normally a fanof this company,but STAGG now make an EUB for around 345 gbp.Has an mp3 input and a headphone out.Worth a look

Well my initial GAS has thankfully subsided, so for the time being I think I'll stick with my electric basses.
