Agree, I saw a live concert of theirs on BBC4 last week, I’d forgotten how good the bass lines on their material are.

Aye, I suspect 99% of guitarists could play bass to a certain level so it's not a complete surprise to see some of them give it a pop!

I recon Elvis is probably the most surprising one here. Maybe he just liked the look of it, but he seemed to enjoy being pictured with a precision.

Apparently he was pretty decent at it. I've seen him described as having "an uncanny sense of rhythm"

I also read that he loved playing bass and owned those basses in those pictures. This is him playing Bill Black's 51 Precision.

I was also surprised to learn that Judge Robert Rinder is a bassist.

There's a bunch of other actors as well including Gary Sinise and Jason Momoa.

Keanu is in a band called Dogstar.
