andruca
Mine is simple. Sort of a Jino Stingray5, like the Jino Jazz, but starting from a Stingray5, with 2 added J pickups. A 5 string Jino Jazz would be a nice step forward, but I prefer the ergonomics, neck profile and 3-band preamp in my ceramic Stingray5s to anything else. Rexel Matador
I've built myself a couple of "signature" basses. When I was in a Death Metal band it was this: 35.5 to 33.5 inch scale, Cherry, maple board, BEAD tuning, EMG humbucker (5 string one to accommodate the angling). Now I'm in a cover band playing long sets of classic rock I'm working on a 32" neck-through with an EMG Geezer Butler P pickup. Jazz nut width, 14" radius. Will post a pic when it's done!

Tuning is F#, B, E, A, D, G, C, F, A#, D# I do play a good amount of tap style, but he does plays great (if not a bit heavy) with a 'regular' playing style.

This was recorded nearly 10 years ago, but it's gives you an idea of how I tend to play him. (Back when I was 110lbs heavier!)
