Just out of interest... what kind of sound and quality is this preamp?

I'm assuming that neither Fender nor Jackson would ever want to associate themselves with "cheap and nasty", but what are we looking at here?

 

Sorry - I know that comes off as brash, it really isn't intended as such :)
