Which would You call Your ferfect "Let off steam" song. The song, partiture, melody You play, that gives You a chance to get rid of those stupid $hitty things that happened to You last week! For me - "Led Zeppelin - Whole lot of love" works pretty fine.

I don't listen to aggressive music when I want to let off steam. It just makes me even more mad. 

 

I will listen to 'Don't Worry Be Happy' by Bobby McFerrin if I need a sense of perspective.

I don’t know if it truly helps me let off steam but I do know that if I put the “Raw Power” album on I do seem to get the hoovering and cleaning done a lot faster. See also: 1st Ramones album or any of The Saints early records 👍
