Well we'd probably have to be "trailer trash" 😁.. though I believe  at one point in some parts of Leeds you could buy houses for literally a few grand.

You’re right, i think in Salford they were selling houses and possibly whole streets for a grand not that long ago.

even taking in to account inflation and what a quid was worth then compared to now it's still 10k over priced.
ok i'm never going to be rich enough to buy something like that so shouldn't really comment - but still wow !!
