paddy109
I was sifting through my bass cave today and found a single coil and don't have a recollection where I collected this. Can anyone tell me what make it is? I am fairly sure it won't be high class as I've never spent loads on pickups. Cloth covered cable and A string pole slightly raised. Wilson_51_
wild stab in the dark but possibly a creamery pickups classic 52 tele? https://www.creamery-pickups.co.uk/classic-52-tele-precision-p-bass-pickups.html
paddy109
Thanks for this. Can't imagine I paid that much.
ikay
Possibly a Retrovibe Route '51 (£32)? Looks similar but the string winding on yours fills the bobbin more. https://retrovibe.co.uk/product/retrovibe-51p-replacement-single-coil-bass-pickup-for-50s-precision-alnico-poles-cloth-wire-string-binding/

The cheapest Duncan , SCPB-1 , has just 1 hole and the raised pole for A. Same for Bloodstone Guitar Works, Dave's 51-54 Precision/Tele is a 1 hole bobbin, staggered poles being optional.

Also the Retrovibe has the D string pole raised slightly too, less than the A string pole, but definitely slightly raised compared to the low E and High G pole.
