I've had this for many years and used it on and off as a passable very basic headphone amp for guitar rather than a mic pre-amp but now I have a mini amp head incoming so may as well move this on.

 

Generally in good cosmetic condition but the bottom does have quite a few scratches and 4 Velcro dots.

 

The included 'wall wort' 12vac power supply is probably a generic one and not the original.
