I bought one Wednesday and debuted it tonight in Camden with my new goth/post punk band, The InSect. Worked a treat!

Nice one @Clarky, they’re great basses, nice to see I’m not the only one sporting the white pearloid pickguard too (and similarly I also moved the tugbar to the lower position).

Looking very cool indeed, sir.  it seems that half of 1990's Slimelight are in the audience!

Enjoy your JMJ! I have a Daphne with matching strap and Grolsh bottle washers, see photo on the Short Scale Appreciation thread (strap and locks may not be visible)

What I like (as well as all everyone has said above) is the surprisingly wide range of tones available throughout the range of the tone control. It's my main bass at the moment.

Nice score! 👍

A black JMJ is the only bass on my wants list. I had a black late 70’s Mustang for a while but that wasn’t a patch on the JMJ’s I’ve played. If I can find a used one near me I’ll probably have to go for it.

Again, congrats from another JMJ (Daphne blue) owner. Just the nicest sounding bass I've ever had and it's just perfect.
