Schecter model t pickguard?

Anyone know where I could get hold of a schecter model t pickguard in White?

Not sure, I really want to install push buttons for the pickups in my J4 instead of the individual volume pots but means widening the holes to 12mm don't want to wreck it if I can't get a replacement. 
 

Tempted to make a chunky wenge one which I can install the switches on so I have the original. Wenge on sea foam green has to be a winner 😂

Give Brian a shout…you may have to send him the original guard to copy. He’s done a few 1 off plates for me from drawings and holes removed or added that kinda thing
