Up for sale is my Sire V7 V2, bought from new by me. Served me well as a versatile gigging bass.

Alder - Maple - Ebony

Very good condition - one ding to speak of (pictured)

Frets are great

Currently wearing Dunlop nickel rounds

4.5kg on the bathroom scales, so no back-breaker but no lightweight either

Collection from M27 or happy to ship if you arrange (no gig bag but can double box)

Cheers!

Tobie

What a Billy bargain

Quite! She needs a new home though - I'm medium scale on all my fours now and I've never been a JB guy anyway, but she's served me well as a versatile gigging bass that I didn't need to feel too precious about.

Cheers,

Tobie

I’ve had the pleasure of this bass for a few days while Tobie is away.

Although I won’t be buying it (I have a remarkably similar jazz which is like a comfy chair to me) - I’m blown away by the sound, the quality, the feel and the colour of this bass…

In a rare moment of common sense - I’ve decided not to add another bass to the pile.

Its amazing though and for £280, it’s mental value for money.

Tobie is ace too - as a point.

Give him back, zarg. We want the GAS black hole that is @AndyTravis back in his own home, not being subjected to medical experiments on planet zibgan.
you’re not fooling anyone with the faux “I couldn’t possibly…” routine.

We’ll know when we have him back; we’ll just put a yam BB in a browser window in front of him and the drool test will tell us for sure.

… and the endless stream of UPS deliveries backing up into most of central Manchester may also be a significant clue.
