Based on the current top line MiM sig models like the Mike Kerr and JMJ Mustang I was expecting the new Vinteras to come in between £1200-£1500.

 

So it's actually better than I thought, not much better, but still.

Given that the equivalent American-made Fender is double that, it seems reasonable

Certain colours may well be discounted quite early in the run too. I got my seafoam green Vintera Mustang a couple of months after release for £599 new when the other finishes were still £799-850 everywhere else.

I’m just very pleased dark rosewood is back. I dislike the appearance of Pau Ferro very much.
