Hello,
Last week I left my 2013 active/passive JB to my local luthier to replace the worn output jack with a Pure Tone Stereo.
After a week he said he couldn't change it, he couldn't find out how, he said "pure tone has 3 connections but JB has 4 connections at the output jack".

He installed the old output and now there are strange hissing sounds from time to time which were not presented before. I think he messed up the cable connections because they don't look like the same as far as I can remember. I don't want to take my bass back to him.

I found out according to this diagram, my original output jack is Roland VG 0073618049

Now, is it possible to connect a Pure Tone Stereo Jack output to this bass? Or is my only option to order a new Roland VG part?

And if I can connect a Pure Tone, how do I do it with 4 cables?
