police squad
Here's my new Brian May RS It's neon pink. Purely for my 80s duo and band. It's a great guitar (my third Brian May guitar) Edited September 28, 2023 by police squad
fretmeister
I love that. I'd really like to try a BM guitar. I like shorter scales.

They are a very good, versatile instrument. I don't try to get the BM tone, it's just a great sounding instrument. Plenty of interest free deals about too (well Andertons usually)
fretmeister
I need to get to a shop to try one - the nut width is much wider than I'm used to and will need to make sure it suits me. I have a great BM patch for my helix, took me a long time to get it right, but I never play Queen songs with it, I just view it as a great guitar tone. It's only instantly recognisable when it's Brian doing the playing. When it's me it's just some hamfisted bloke!
police squad
yes the nut width is quite wide. Neck size doesn't really bother me unless it's too narrow or too shallow (or both) I have quite big hands I think
