Where in UK ( London preferably) can one refinish ( glaze) the Fretless with epoxy-like coating

I have 5 string Pedulla Pentabuzz, these basses have glaze coating, but it get's cracked over time. Want to refinish it with some hard coating ( epoxy or similar materials),
If someone can recommend a luthier in London or around, would appreciate
