It plagiarizes content (in the case of chatGBT only upto 2021) for which the creators receive no payment or acknowledgement.

A.I. programmed with all music upto and including the 1950's would not be able to create a 1960's beat music song.

A.I. programmed with all music upto and including the 1960's would not be able create a disco or prog song.

Etc.
