If you bought the bass online, you have a statutory right until the end of 14 days after the bass was delivered (which NB is probably not the same day that you paid for it) to inform them that you are returning it, for a full refund including the cost of delivery to you. 1 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
MNY Posted October 14, 2023 Share Posted October 14, 2023 (edited) AFAIAA if you are referring to distance selling regulations the item also needs to be in the same cosmetic condition that it was supplied in, and the purchaser is also liable for the cost of the return shipping.
