Gav put a lot of time and effort into packing the bass totally securely and clearly cared enough to provide suitable and secure packing and went above and beyond. Communication was excellent throughout the buying process and Gav provided extra photos and sounds samples and always responded quickly to any enquiries. All in all; a total gent and 100% honest and trustworthy to deal with.
