Mahogany J bass

Any one here shed light on a J bass I have. It has a standard maple neck with Fender decal, no skunk stripe. Truss rod is adjustable at the headstock,  It has a solid mahogany body.

Probably not a real Fender I suspect ? but any opinion's appreciated
