I called in Fender's lifetime warranty, and they wanted a pic of it with the ends cut off. They didn't ask for a reciept or anything, they just sent me a free replacement lead. Yay Fender customer support! Free to good home. Good to know as one of my Fender cable is crackling. They build them so you cannot dismantle the jack, what a shame.
