No, The channel spacing on 2.4GHz has overlapping channels and 2.4GHz is used by Bluetooth and other technologies. Good result for you I had mixed results with WS-70 . It strongly compressed and cut the top end 'punch' of my SG bass (which is used in my most gigging band). Guitar player found it way better than his previous wireless unit. He is now the happy owner. Was always of the opinion that any preamp that boosts the level of a conventional pickup system (ie, not an actual active pickup) is broken or just set up really badly. Which is why I have to plug all of my active basses (which is IIRC all but one of my basses) into the passive input.
