pickup cover for a 54 style p bass pup

Hi all.

I've just acquired one of these squires beauties, but as a rest-my-thumb-on -the-pickup kinda person, it feels kind of odd.

Does anyone know of a plastic cover for the actual pickup itself? 

Just to emphasise, I'm not really looking for chrome covers

I don’t think there has ever been a plastic cover for that style of pickup — I’ve certainly never seen one, they’ve always had the bobbin exposed.

I wonder if a strat pickup cover might fit?

I've encountered this a couple of times (Reverend Triad, Sire D5) and it was a bit odd to start with but I pushed through and I ended up quite liking it and finding it a very positive tactile experience for resting my thumb on.
