Hipshot D tuner Extender really small screw

I have one of these to put on a bass. I bought it 2nd hand and it has come without the really small flat-headed screw which actually secures the unit to the headstock. It has to be flat-headed so as not to get in the way of the sliding plates. I cannot be the first person to be in this situation. Has anyone managed to source one in B&Q or another hardware supplier?

Hipshot are generally very responsive to requests for spare parts, even when you're outside the US. Getting the real thing from them directly could be very straightforward (and possibly free),
