Can’t seem to find the manual online. Is it 4 or 6 stage?

 

Assuming “freq” is the centre frequency of the sweep. Is that right?

 

What does “voice” control? Is that feedback/resonance?

 

any chance of posting a pic of the instructions?

There you go. It’s four stage and the freq is the frequency centre of the effect. Voice is feedback.
