I got slapped in the Faceache by a Westfield ES355-alike... I loves a cheeky bargain

Clean-up, and now Strung-up with Olympia 10-48 Flatwounds inc a wound 3rd... oh luverly!..

Should sound nice with some old School Fuzz...

Nice, except the natural headstock looks weird with the red body. Is it a bolt-on neck?

Nope... I sanded of the Westfield expecting to be left with some black...

But the black was real thin, and went thru in other areas... under was lacquered... and a Maple Neck (and Sound Block maybe 'Through'...)

 

Was odds-ing trying black, but the under black finish was smooth n nice, maple kind of ties in the cream binding...
