I'm pretty sure I bought it from this forum, as I recall it came from a BC member like myself, who used it for EUB. This tiny unit helps improve resonance. It's actually designed for any acoustic instrument - but it helped my eub sound a bit more like an "acoustic" upright. No power supply or box, but in great condition. Usual velcro on the base.
