I had the Tube pre-amp / FET version of this head. I never managed to get above 2 without blowing everyone's head off. I got fed up of lugging it around eventually (weighed 30kg)

It's basically a Mesa Strategy in a Laney box. These have excellent reviews. A other after a powerful all-valve brand new rig should consider this. I did... then an Ashdown CTM300 came up at a price that compelled me to buy it!
