Sercet Posted May 9, 2009 Posted May 9, 2009 This combines a Bassmax transducer pickup that is wedged into the bridge wing, a double bass microphone and a preamp. Includes stereo cable (not shown in photos above). £150 plus £5 postage. I'm in Worcester if you want to try it out. Thanks Steve
TPJ Posted May 12, 2009 Posted May 12, 2009 How's this thing with feedback? Can you get good stage levels of volume? Also, it looks like you can split your signal and run the mic one place and the pup to another. Is that the case? Thanks,

Thanks,[/quote] You can get pretty good volume with the pickup, but the microphone is more difficult. If you're playing with a drummer forget about the mic. Yes, there is a separate output for the mic, so you could use a two channel amp to EQ the two sources independently...or if you have the right equipment, use different feedback supression for each source. Owen Posted May 12, 2009 Posted May 12, 2009 Pick up into monitor. Mic into PA for the punters to enjoy luscious tones. Easy.

BigBeatNut Posted May 14, 2009 Posted May 14, 2009 How is the mic anchored ? Looks like a velcroish thing attached. So velcro on the bridge to hold it ? Andy
