EMG HB Steinberger L2 replacement

Hi all, anyone replaced an EMG HB on a early L2, I have a new pick up I just don’t know how much of the wiring kit provided I need to use, thanks in advance

Solderless stuff?  Sounds like a PITA to integrate it into old school stuff, but hopefully someone will be along soon to allay those fears.

 

Don't listen to me - I'd probably be hacking the connector off the pot end of the EMG stuff and soldering direct to the existing pot/battery positive lead.  Surely there's a non-destructive method that I'm unaware of.
