fretmeister
I really like the tone of La Bella Deep Talkin' Flats. I don't like how they feel grabby on my right fingers if my hands are even slightly sweaty. This also seems to happen with other highly polished flats. Others, such as Ti, chromes etc don't have that problem. Instead of using fast fret or talc, I'm thinking about getting some really fine wet & dry paper and roughing the surface up a little where I would pluck the strings to see if that makes a difference. If I do that really gently I am hoping I won't weaken the string and make it more likely to break.
fretmeister
Well, it certainly improves the grabby-ness! I used 3000 wetndry. I may give it another go with 1500 though to make a little more rough.
