tauzero
That's not good. A broken headstock that's been glued back on and a further break down the neck causing the fingerboard lift mentioned in the description. I would guess that wicking in glue (or pouring it in, given the width of that crack) and clamping it up would do the job but I wouldn't want to risk it, especially not for a through-neck bass.
3below
That must have been some hefty impact. As suggested fixable, but not at that price (unless there is something I do not know about W Kist basses).
JottoSW1
W Kist refers to it having a case (kist is box or similar in German) 1

Koffer yes, Kist no. The bass has a Plaque stating it was hanbuilt by W Kist so clearly that is the luthiers name.
KK Jale
German luthier Wolfgang Kist, ex-Hoyer. Made plenty of Alembic-influenced stuff, early 80s.

Like someone's modded the backplates of the original open-gear Schallers so they could fit a set of sealed Schaller M4s. Really cannot imagine why you'd do that! Anyway, shame the neck's büggered on this, you'd think if the seller wanted to get anything like what they're asking, they'd invest a few € and get a luthier to sort it.
