LukeFRC Posted January 18, 2024 Posted January 18, 2024 I had ignored this as, well the NW is a strange bit of the country miles from where I live... and then realised it was in Yorkshire, and I live in Yorkshire! 2 Quote
rwillett Posted January 18, 2024 Author Posted January 18, 2024 You might live in Yorkshire and still be nearly three hours away. We're on the border of North Yorkshire, Lancashire and Cumbria. My kids go to school in Cumbria and we drive through Lancashire to get there. Quote

neepheid Posted January 18, 2024 Posted January 18, 2024 There's stiltons of research to be done regarding this phenomonon. 1 Quote
rwillett Posted January 18, 2024 Author Posted January 18, 2024 I like cheese but I wouldn't travel that far. One option we have for the bash could be takeaway pizza from Rind. Quote
tauzero Posted January 19, 2024 Posted January 19, 2024 Not far from Hawes and the Wensleydale diary. Quote
rwillett Posted January 19, 2024 Author Posted January 19, 2024 Hawes and the Wensleydale dairy are great. The courtyard don't make cheese and to be honest I don't think they ever will. But what I do know. Nothing. Quote
ead Posted January 30, 2024 Posted January 30, 2024 Also interested. Will need to check the date with She Who Must Be Feared and Obeyed. Quote

Does that mean you might leave with more than one? That happens to me sometimes, I pop into a shop to have them look at a guitar that needs setup and I somehow end up with two on the way out. As they are both in black gig bags, somebody might not realise it's another one. Rob 1 Quote
rwillett Posted January 30, 2024 Author Posted January 30, 2024 Can I do a quick roll call and see who is coming, or might be, please? I've held the hall and if there's a sensible number, there's no problem, but for 2-3 people, we could have it in my front room. Thanks Rob Quote
neepheid Posted January 30, 2024 Posted January 30, 2024 I'm in. And in a transparent attempt to shame people into attending, I will be travelling 5 hours each way to do so 1 Quote
