tauzero Posted December 19, 2023 Posted December 19, 2023 If you haven't got an hour and a quarter to spare, don't start watching this. It's very good. 3 1 Quote

That softened the concluding statement not one little bit. We won't all be converting to tab after all! Quote
lksmks792 Posted December 19, 2023 Posted December 19, 2023 Tantacrul makes some great videos. He used to be very critical (rightly so) of Musescore, then was offered a job by them to make things better and took it. Did some good work and made a couple of pretty informative videos to go with it. Superb channel 1 Quote
lowdown Posted December 19, 2023 Posted December 19, 2023 I couldn't concentrate while watching that video. The open ended Decrescendo Hairpins were doing my head in: 2 Quote
Guest Posted December 19, 2023 Posted December 19, 2023 Time to get back to the proper notation 😐 I used to know the rules for reading those rhythms, but my brain seems to have found forgetting preferable to remembering. Where the tails are, and the direction they're pointed in make a difference to the length of the note, that's all I know now. And that there's a reason why some are in red. Quote
