vmaxblues Posted May 11, 2009 Share Posted May 11, 2009 Hi guys, I decided to change the pickguard of my newly acquired 79 Precision, I have kept all the original screws and the broken scratchplate it came with. I have also cleaned it all up and repaired the one machine head, and stripped and cleaned the others and the bridge. As I intend to gig this I needed it to be playable and as I wanted it. Not sure who mentioned it on another thread, (it might have Bassassin) but it would be cool to have magnetic fastenings on a bass and some scratchplates.
