binky_bass
Hi all, I've just taken on a Mesa Boogie Deisel 210 cab, it's functionally perfect but cosmetically has seen better days! A lot of the tolex is peeling around the edges of the grill. Does anyone know what the correct glue would be to get the peeling tolex glued firmly back down and what a decent method would be to do it properly? Cheers! Russ. michael2003x
Hello, I repaired my Marshall cab using a spray adhesive that is made for flooring applications. I peeled it back a little past the damaged area, removed the old glue and then re-applied with the spray glue. Must be done in a well ventilated area but it looks great and no bulges. It's certainly better than my other method, which was a black Sharpie !
