One oddity that has always bugged me on mine... why are the pickups for this 5 string version the size of a 4 string set! They barely extend either side of the B and G stings! They know that the B string is just a thumb rest and the G string isn't really a “bass” string, with frequencies only audible by dogs and small mammals like lead guitarists.
