I worked in Drug services for over 10 years. 

This is a sector where the funders are expecting "more for less" - workers carry a bigger caseload, doing more tasks, more reporting/ paperwork per client, per day and the employers are actually reducing the salary for new employees. 

No surprise then that staff retention is a  facking joke.
