New Vintage basses announced at NAMM

Just seen on FB, Vintage have announced two new bass models at NAMM, the Supreme (semi) and the Callen.

 

The Callen definitely has my attention.... 😏

I agree that the early ones were poor, but I have played one recently that was OK.

I think you misunderstand - I'm talking about the difficulty in searching for "Vintage basses" - the adjective tends to dominate the proper noun in results.

The Supreme looks pretty similar to the Revelation RBG too.......

I thought of Ned too and there’s much more than a nod. The Callan official (?) marketing seems to indicate 22 frets but all the images I can find show 20. I rather like the look of these and was a fan of the basses that inspired them, though haven’t owned one. I’ll be making efforts to try the new version
