If there are no visible fixings at the rear of the cab then my guess is that it’s bolted through from the inside.

You’d need to remove the grill and the top driver to see if this is the case, of course - this is all guesswork on my part, as I don’t have one to check out.

To dismount the amp you need to remove the top speaker to gain access to the screws. Don’t ask me how I know this - expensive mistake involving letting all the tone escape in the form of white smoke.
