Modern sounding preamp/DI

Can anyone recommend a modern sounding, clean preamp/DI pedal?

Playing Dua Lipa, Britney, Arianna Grande, Beyonce, Destinys Child type stuff on a StingRay 5 straight to PA with IEMs.

 

Aguilar Tomehammer? Tech 21 Q strip?

 

Can I get the sound I want from my VTDI?

 

All and any input welcome.

the Eden wtx pre/ di does modern, clean very well

Might be worth checking EBS out, their gear is meant to be modern sounding.

I don't think I would recommend the Tonehammer DI for modern sounding DI; it's got quite a vintagey sound. Maybe look at the Aguilar AG preamp?

Basswitch is a really clean pre and two bands of semi para mids two fx loops, a boost, two inputs for two bass or you can A/B the preamp on/off transformer in the DI and just a wonderful clean sound. The lows are set low but it’s never muddy or undefined. 
 

I’ve had one for about 10yrs and wouldn’t sell it even though it’s not on my board just now it’s a keeper for me! 
 

I think there was one for sale on the forum quite recently.

Two notes, revolt or le bass, 

mid prices high quality and versatile multi channels, get what sound you want, great clean channel, bit of grit if you want all the way to higher gain if required.

Have a look a the TC Electronic Spetradrive that would give a number of options for getting the sound you are looking for.

Thanks for all the replies folks.
The Eden WTDI looks lush but 15V DC means an extra wall wart, which I could do without.
The Basswitch and EBS MicroBass both look like killer bits of kit, but massive overkill for what I need.
I still kinda want them both.

I've gone for an MXR M81 from this here forum - it seems to have everything I need, nothing I don't and the reviews reckon it does clean pretty well.
If not, it'll be back on marketplace and I'll be back asking for more recommendations.

I used the MXR it’s a great pedal and performs very well
