No, the fuzz effects the whole signal.

Fair enough there’s not much in it between the MXR VBO and the OC-5 in vintage mode.

These poly blues do loads of stuff in addition to the octaver functions: phaser, Leslie organ tones and fuzz. The expression function gives pseudo presets.

Agreed, so much more than an octave.

I currently use mine as a phasered fuzzy synth but with the built in fuzz turned off. Mono mode, both upper octaves up quite high and a bit of modulation, sounds amazing!

I watched a YooChoob clip of this pedal, and before all the fuzz and widdly woo stuff started, the simple one up / one down was amazing. Soooooooo tempted

Yeah, the modulations can sound great, but octaves and fuzz was all I used 👌🏻
