Closing down a band Facebook page query

Hi all,

I want to close down an old band Facebook page, but when I go to do it, it looks like it will close down my own personal page as well.

 

Is it me misunderstanding the instructions, or does it actually close your own page as well?

Can you post a screenshot? From what I understand when you log into the business page you're only dealing with that page, not your personal one.

You don't have a 'page', you have a profile.

 

Facebook isn't great at being clear, possibly to put people off leaving or making and closing multiple pages.

You cna make a 'page' non-active so no one will see it
