Why is the "share your music" forum hidden away as a sub forum of recording

You make some very valid points. Personally i try and listen to everything people post and i never think of it as self promotion 

 

I think the noodle bar would suit me! I like listening to, posting and discussing noodling!

I found I got a better response and more listens by posting my bands' new releases in the General Discussion part of the Forum.
