Chewie
Hello Groovers, I've been putting together a stack knob jazz and was "considering" treating the thing to a lovely guard. Any of you guys and gals used these people? https://www.lavapickguards.com I think this has got real potential............ Jeffb28451
Gorgeous and very pricey. I've dropped $$$$ for Lull, Sadowsky, even Fodera, but I've never had a bass I liked enough to spend this much for a pickguard...yet...they are very nice though, maybe...just this once... pickfordguards
Hey guys, thanks for the kind words! My guards are not celluloid, I mainly started with focusing on the 1990s Fujigen Red Tortoise guards as I've always been a big fan of them, but have experimented into late 60s inspired stuff as well more lately. My stuff isnt for everyone, but I like to think I offer a good alternative to the big guys in terms of price. Cheers! - John
