I've seen 3D printed concrete structures. Basically a CNC concrete pump nozzle, but the principle is sort of the same.

My Prusa does 0.05mm resolution (apparently, I can't measure anything that fine).

 

I suspect a concrete nozzle is probably about 0.05m resolution.

I think you'll need to spin it into thread first, so you'll need to build a spinning wheel.
