Gorgeous 5 string P bass from Sandberg. Handmade in Germany, fully plek’d neck which is a dream.
Sandberg electronics and hardware, active/passive pull pot, bass, treble and passive tone control.
Lovely instrument, I love it with flats but sounds great with rounds too.
One of the best P basses you can buy.
As always trial welcome on collection and can deliver for cost.

From what I’ve pulled from online I believe it’s 34” scale.
Width at nut 43mm, width at 22nd fret 63mm, radius 14″, thickness at 1st fret 21mm, Fully Pleck’d.

Weighs about 9lbs.

Just what I was looking for and couldn't find so I bought Chinese Sadowsky. Sorry I lacked of patience. (and also I kinda like the Sadowsky, but I do have a sweet spot for Sandbergs, and this one in this color combo is jst sooooo sexy).

I had one of these from Bass Direct
and then sold it back to them for (well traded it back to them) a while back now
LOVED that bass when i had it - just missed my Jazz neck pickup too much to stick with a single P pickup (tis why the BB1025 now - almost best of both worlds)
but WOW what a bass
super lite - great balance - epic tone and the neck was smooth and fast (which i am not)

Could well have been this bass mate, I did buy it from BD a couple years ago!
The neck is lovely and like you say tone and overall quality is superb. Best P I’ve played out of a long line of them, if I could afford to keep it as well as get the gear I need I definitely would.
